What is your return policy?
We offer returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow your package's journey.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more international destinations in the near future.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide to help you find the perfect fit. Since we carry various brands alongside our Downeast labels, we recommend checking the specific measurements provided for each garment.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can cancel or modify your order within 30 minutes of placement by contacting our customer service team. After that window, we are unable to make changes.
